Would you like to to help us improve the employee experience in our digital channels? We are now looking for a  Student in Service Excellence to the Service Excellence team in Group People (HR) to work with the user experience on our HR Intranet pages.

About this opportunity


Welcome to the Service Excellence team. We add value by providing support in digitalizing, automatizing & improve user experience for core People (HR) Services in Nordea. As Student in Service Excellence you’ll play a valuable role in supporting development of Employee Experience, working with flexible hourly schedule, which can be easily adjusted to your studies and other activities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Improving the user experience for our employees and leaders across our HR Intranet pages
  • Designing and structuring Intranet pages, both from scratch and updating current pages in collaboration with content owners
  • Offer ad-hoc Intranet support to colleagues in Group People
  • Follow up on usage and measure satisfaction on the Intranet
  • Collaborate and work close together with the HR Intranet concept owner

You’ll join a great, cross-border team focusing on development systems and channels in Group People. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • A university student in communication, marketing, HR, languages or similar, however we value personal qualities higher than field of education
