Currently, for one of our clients from the publishing industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position:
Publishing Manager [rekrutacja online]

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all the operations of the client:
- project management of existing and new authors / titles
- editorial and production contractors management
- online sales and distribution
- authors and the company website management
- monthly sales reporting
- Promoting the main author’s titles, organizing the production of new titles and coordination of relevant contractors
- International expansion: developing a network of publishers (mainly CEE and Middle East) and negotiating foreign rights arrangements
- Expanding portfolio of authors
- Coordination of sales campaigns, award competition and public-relations activities
- Designing and implementing brand and website _development and management strategy)
- Managing facebook, Amazon, and other social media activity
- Managing existing operations (supported by external contractors)
- Handling general administration of the company
Expectations:
- Min. 5 years of experience in the publishing industry
- Practical knowledge of the following: editing, publications (including online), translations, promotions, copyrights
- Strong competencies in online sales and distribution channel
- Fluent English
- Effective, practical project management skills
- Initiative, commitment and flexibility
- Readiness for business trips after coronovirus (UK, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East)
