We are looking for a Junior Process Officer / Process Officer to support KYC department in efforts to prevent tax evasion and financial crime. This is an opportunity for you to to gain knowledge in anty money loundering area in modern compliance unit. You’ll join Know Your Customer Operations PL, where we aim to ensure a robust, high-quality financial crime risk management across Nordea where we support business in identifying, assessing, mitigating and monitoring financial crime issues and risks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Risk factors analysis
- Customer data collection and verification
- Monitoring customer’s transactions for suspicious behaviour
- Creating customer’s risk profile
- Contributing to improvement of quality and efficiency of assigned tasks

Your profile and background:
- Graduate of a secondary school or university
- English on communicative level
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Bright mind open for new challenges
- Customer focused approach
- Previous work experience (full time or internship)
